Thomas Noble & Russell has a strong commitment to support local employment of youth, employing four to six HSC Leavers each year to participate in our cadet program. These cadets each undertake a structured program involving external university study, paid study leave and in house training whilst enjoying a salary.

Benefits of the program include:

• A comprehensive induction and training program at commencement of a program;
• A peer group of 4-6 cadets who form study groups and who develop life long friendships;
• The combination of study and paid work, i.e. combine 'theory and practice';
• Paid study and exam leave (up to 4 hours per week per study session);
• Up to 3 hours additional unpaid leave per week, when requested;
