Max McLennan

Upon leaving school Max joined TNR as a trainee. Max completed his Bachelor of Business degree while working with TNR and he has been a Chartered Accountant since 1982. He is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Max provides specialist taxation and financial management services.

Peter Morrow

Before joining the TNR team in 1984 Peter was a senior auditor with KPMG dealing mainly with public companies. Peter, who holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, became a partner at TNR in 1986.

Barry Jameson

Barry's accounting career began in Sydney with Deloitte Haskins & Sells. After 13 years Barry joined TNR. He became a partner in 1990. Barry specialities include audits, investigations, business assurance, risk management, quality assurance and financial reporting for public and private sector entities. Barry is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Company Auditor.

Barry is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Firm's Quality Assurance program. In addition, he is retained by the Institute of Chartered Accountants as a Peer Review Quality Control Program, and conducts regular reviews of public accountancy practices.

Barry has substantial experience in forensic examinations of a varity of entities over a range of industries.

Darran Singh

Darran has a keen interest in computer technology and is a Certified Information System Auditor, a Registered Company Auditor and a Chartered Accountant. Darran's auditing experience includes public hospitals, large co-operatives, public companies and local governments.

Darran is fully conversant with computer assisted audit techniques and the application of modern audit procedures. He has experience with ACL audit software and spreadsheeting skills.  Darran is TNR's primary EDP consultant and is responsible for the introduction of CAATS to our larger clients and conducts all types of EDP reviews.

Russell Franey
