Kevin Franey CA is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors in Australia with over 23 years audit experience. He is responsible for the audit of a wide range of clients, including local government, universities, financial institutions, cooperatives, aged care, corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Kevin is a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia and has experience in the audit of risk management systems, performance and compliance audits.
Darran Singh CA is a Registered Company Auditor, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is the primary Information Technology and Audit partner in the firm. Darran has extensive audit exposure to a wide range of clients, including the audit of large cooperative societies, aged care facilities, Local Government, Public Hospitals and public companies. Darran is fully conversant with computer-assisted audit techniques and the application of modern audit procedures. Darran is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (Internationally recognised qualifications) and a member of the Brisbane Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. Darran has also assisted with various Division 453 examinations of numerous Aboriginal Corporations and Division 487 Administrator's roles on behalf of the Registrar, and has a sound working knowledge of the relevant Act and the Registrar's requirements as to accountability and propriety. He has also provided similar services to the NSW Aboriginal Land Council.
Geoff Dwyer CA is a Registered Company Auditor with over seventeen years audit experience. Geoff is responsible for the audit of a wide range of large private and public sector entities operating in the Northern Rivers and South East Queensland regions, including local government, public hospitals, universities, registered clubs, co-operatives, aged care, corporate and not-for-profit organisations. As one of TNR’s audit partners, Geoff is fully conversant in the application of modern risk based audit techniques. Geoff also has a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of legislation across TNR’s key service industries, and has strong technical skills with respect to the application of current and impending changes to Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards. Geoff is the firm’s representative on the HLB Mann Judd Australasian Association Accounting & Auditing Standards Committee. Geoff is also responsible for the firm’s quality control systems.
Adam Bradfield CA is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Registered Company Auditor. Adam was appointed a partner in the firm in 2012. He is responsible for the audit of a wide range of large private and public sector entities throughout the whole state of NSW and South East Queensland regions, including local government, public hospitals, universities, registered clubs, corporate and not-for-profit organisations, including large health sector entities and disability service providers. Adam has particular expertise in large organisations with Shared Service arrangements and outsourced accounting functions, and is one of the firm’s not-for-profit entity specialists. Adam’s professional career has included employment in audit and assurance services with a major mid-tier firm in Brisbane where he held senior roles on a number of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations. Adam also specialises in providing consulting services, such as risk management, strategic planning and financial analysis, working in collaboration with Directors and Senior Management for a diverse range of clients and industries. Adam is also a Director of a number of public companies and community based not-for-profit organisations.
